For this purpose, their nutritional requirements are assessed, as well as the use of ingredients that provide these requirements through the formulation. Concepts such as flavour, ingredients that are rarely used and ease of use are also important formulating.
We also work to provide solutions at different times of the day (lunch, lunch, snack and dinner), through balanced food and preparations that facilitate the day-to-day life of families.
In this sense, AZTI develops products where ingredients in the preparation that provide added value is valued, such as being gluten-free, having a high protein concentration and improving the fat profile of the product.
