I am a marine biologist, with a master’s degree in sustanainable fisheries management and a PhD in Marine Science, specialized in ecology and ecosystem modelling. My research focuses on understanding patterns and processes that characterize marine ecosystems and their changes over time, assessing the impacts of human activities and evaluating possible future trajectories of marine resources and ecosystems in order to improve decision making process in an ecosystem-based management (EBM) approach.
