I studied a university degree in LEINN (Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation) at the University of Mondragon, and I specialized in the master’s degree in Strategic Management of People Talent, also at the University of Mondragon.

I spent 4 years in my own entrepreneurial project, Bibagu, where I developed a technological platform to improve the experience of people in technological and industrial organizations and research centers. Currently, I work as People and Teams Partner at AZTI, accompanying people to have the best possible experience in all their phases in the organization, from their attraction and recruitment, their welcome and incorporation in the company and their loyalty and development.
