Graduated in Biology (University of the Basque Country) and MSc in Marine Biology: Biodiversity and Conservation (University of La Laguna, Tenerife). Currently doing a PhD in AZTI with the Arctic University of Norway focused on improving fishing technology for reducing the environmental impact of bottom trawl fisheries. Large experience participating in scientific surveys both in fishing and oceanographic vessels.
