Multidisciplinary laboratory technician specialising in chemical analysis and control using atomic absorption equipment and other instrumental techniques, with extensive experience in projects determining heavy metals in food and environmental discharges. She is also trained and experienced in tasting panels, food microbiological analysis, genetic methods (DNA-based analysis) for species authentication among others, actively involved in conformity assessment and R&D projects.
