EthiChain solutions will be presented, a series of DNA analysis tools that allow the authenticity of vegan, Halal and Kosher products to be verified in an easy and fast way. The digitalisation of the results through a specifically designed application will allow communication with the consumer, helping to increase their confidence in the food system.
