Doctor in nutrigenetics and personalized nutrition from the University of the Basque Country. He joined AZTI in 2015 where he developed his pHD by studying the lipid membranes of erythrocytes in cancer patients. He has specialized in targeted nutrition in different populations, especially in cancer and sports, as well as in data management and correlation of the variables that can impact their metabolism and their evolution.
