My studies include a Bachelor´s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Navarra and a Master´s degree in Physical Activity and Health from the University of Pablo de Olavide. Following my Master´s degree I worked as dietician at Alaves and Baskonia, football and basketball teams. I am currently working as a PhD student in AZTI in the Food and Health department, applying omics techniques (membrane lipidomics, microbiota analysis) to study different population groups including elite athletes.
