ADINBERRI Longevity Forum is an international event focused on the challenges and opportunities associated with longevity. It brings together companies, institutions, professionals, and research and innovation organisations to help advance healthier ageing and improve quality of life.
The 2026 edition will take place on 14 and 15 October at the Kursaal Congress Centre in Donostia-San Sebastián and will combine a conference featuring national and international experts with an exhibition area, demonstration workshops, a Living Lab for testing solutions, and professional meetings.
AZTI will take part in the event to present its science and technology capabilities for healthy ageing, focusing on two complementary areas: precision nutrition and the development of foods tailored to the needs of older people.
In precision nutrition, AZTI will show how the study of biomarkers and the microbiota, combined with artificial intelligence and scientific validation, can support progress towards more personalised nutrition. In food innovation, it will present its capabilities in developing protein-rich foods, solutions for people with swallowing difficulties —dysphagia— and functional ingredients, incorporating sensory optimisation and consumer validation.
The event is aimed at companies, health and care professionals, public authorities, research centres and other stakeholders interested in developing solutions and building partnerships around ageing and longevity.
Information and registration are available on the event website.
