An infrastructure to hack simpler and smarter food value chains.
Creating smarter and simpler food value chains across Europe requires an infrastructure and capacity to stimulate and support innovation and entrepreneurship.
Make-It is a unique project that brings together industry and their stakeholders to co-create solutions to grand challenges in supply chains through maker spaces with the aim to make them simpler, smarter and more sustainable (more socially and environmentally responsible).
It is essential to provide access to facilities where new ideas, concepts and opportunities can be explored, built, developed, and tested. The aim is to build an infrastructure of Maker Spaces and Education partners across Europe to create a durable network where people of all ages can access a location close to them to ‘hack’ solutions to challenges.
