Science is playing a key role in the development of sustainable and healthy food systems, including food production, distribution and consumption.

Science does not have answers to all questions, but it does have the best available answers. For this reason, we work to transform science into solutions for the great challenges of the food value chain: the most efficient and sustainable production of seafood, the conservation and use of the seas, climate change, new production processes and conservation, healthy eating, improved nutrition, food security…
