We develop digital tools based on image recognition and artificial intelligence that enable the automatic recording and analysis of food intake and lifestyle habits. These tools support objective assessment of nutritional behaviour without relying on user recall.
Traditional dietary records (questionnaires or manual food diaries) are often inaccurate and prone to bias. In personalised nutrition, access to objective and continuous data on actual food consumption is essential.
