We design strategies to reduce losses and food waste at source and to enable their reuse, aligned with the Food Loss and Waste Prevention Law. We validate valorisation alternatives for animal feed, functional ingredients, or renewable energy, and support companies in sectoral and regional plans to maximise the value of by-products.
