We apply artificial intelligence, omics technologies, and minimally invasive sensing to personalise nutritional recommendations and assess metabolism at an individual level. We then translate this knowledge into nutritional guidance and food solutions that can be implemented at a population scale.
We combine molecular, digital and sensing technologies to understand how each individual responds to their diet. Based on these data, we develop predictive models and personalised nutrition recommendation systems, which can also identify common patterns to inform food design and public health strategies.
We rely on advanced infrastructures such as biotechnology and molecular biology laboratories, as well as clinical and omics analysis laboratories, which enable the study of metabolism, the identification of biomarkers, and the generation of applied knowledge to personalise nutrition at both individual and population levels.
