Research subline

Digitalisation and artificial intelligence

Integration of digital technologies, advanced sensors and artificial intelligence to improve quality, efficiency and traceability in the food industry, accelerating the transition to Food Chain 4.0.

Solutions

We implement non-destructive monitoring systems based on NIR spectroscopy and hyperspectral imaging to control freshness, composition and shelf life in real time. We develop AI-based predictive models that anticipate final product quality and optimise processes and their efficiency, boosting productivity while reducing incidents, losses and costs. We also carry out digital diagnostics of industrial processes to identify inefficiencies, prioritise investments and advance in productive efficiency, sustainability and competitiveness.
