World Maritime Week is the meeting place for key players in the global maritime industry. This maritime forum brings together industry professionals every two years to forge international alliances, share information and address new challenges facing the sector.
World Maritime Week 2025 will be held at BEC! (Barakaldo, Bizkaia) from 19 to 21 March 2025 and will host, among other events, the Sinaval-Eurofishing Congress, a professional event that brings together national and international companies from the naval, maritime, port and fishing sectors to present their latest products and services.
Sinaval-Eurofishing offers industry professionals a platform for exhibition and trade, complemented by conferences, congresses and seminars. For this edition, the selected themes include the blue economy for sustainable development, digital transformation to boost technological innovation, decarbonisation of the maritime sector and the competitiveness of the European maritime industry on the international market.
AZTI will be present to show how the decarbonisation of fishing fleets is an opportunity to move towards more sustainable and efficient fishing.
