The objective of this work package is to discover and genotype genome-wide Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms markers derived from reduced representation genome library sequencing of white anglerfish samples.
The WP consists on the following tasks:
- DNA extraction and RAD-seq library preparation and sequencing
- Identification of informative SNP markers from RAD-seq data
The work package has the following expected deliverables & milestones:
- Report on the RAD-seq data quality and suitable assembly parameters
- List of at population informative SNPs with flanking positions
- DNA extraction performed and RAD-seq libraries prepared
- RAD-tags sequenced and assembled
