The objective of this work package is to provide a well-documented and geographically representative collection of white anglerfish (Lophius piscatorius) samples obtained following sampling, packaging and storing procedures that are adequate for posterior genetic analyses.
The WP consists on the following tasks:
- Sample collection
- Development of standard operation procedures
- Documenting and archiving
The work package has the following expected deliverables & milestones:
- Inception report on actual detailed protocol on sample collection
- Database with inventoried white angler fish tissue samples
- White anglerfish samples from 8 locations collected
