The objective of this work package is to establish baselines of genetic data for white anglerfish with the aim of unravelling patterns of spatial and temporal structure of this species within the Atlantic and their potential links to environmental and physic-geographical parameters and patterns.
The WP consists on the following tasks:
- Population genetic analyses
- Seascape genomics
- Assessing the suitability of the close-kin analysis in white anglerfish
The work package has the following expected deliverables & milestones:
- Genotypes of white anglerfish for the identified informative SNPs
- Report on the spatiotemporal differentiation of white anglerfish
- populations and applicability of the close-kin method
- Population and seascape genetic analyses performed
