Content<\/strong>: The Fishing Technology Area of AZTI-Tecnalia, in collaboration with some companies, has developed the new pole and line system that improves the mechanization of the fishing operation.<\/p>\n

In the present contribution all the actions taken for the design, construction and validation of the new pole prototype for catching Bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus<\/em>), by the Basque pole and line fleet, are explained<\/p>\n
