This conference was organised by AZTI-Tecnalia and the Aquarium, in collaboration with the Basque Government\u2019s Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Department of the Environment and Territorial Planning. More than 180 researchers from laboratories located along the coasts of the Bay of Biscay (Portugal, France, Spain and Great Britain) took part in this event, presenting 150 papers on the latest advances in oceanographic research in this area.
