I did a 5 year degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). I worked as a researcher at the UPV/EHU for two years, participating and making some oral and written contributions at international conferences. Currently I am a PhD student in the area of Food and Health in Azti focused on membrane lipidomics for the study of childhood obesity.
