Diploma in professional cooking specialization “HANASAKI TOKUHARU High school” 1994, Saitam JAPAN. Degree in cook’s license by Government of Saitama Japan in March 1994. From 1994 to 2001 he worked in the Italian restaurant “SABATINI FIRENZE Tokyo” Japan. He worked in several Italian restaurant in Italy 2001-2011. In Italy he won the best pastry awards “ La Guia di Espresso 2009″ and “Guia di Identita Golose 2011″. Currently in AZTI since 2012, he works in the Food Research unit in the R & D of products for the food industry. Specialized in the design of new products with new textures and flavors, and participates in the development of healthy products
