Graduate in Food Science and Technology, member of AZTI’s Business Intelligence team. Her work focuses on data collection and analysis to detect opportunities and connect people to facilitate a more collaborative innovation in the food system. She runs the Trend and Innovation Observatory where she combines communication activities and new approaches to consumer research. All with the aim to shape the food of the future and the future of food.
