Consequently, when personal data is collected through the AZTI Website by means of a form, the user will be informed of the recipient of this information, the purpose for which the data is collected, the identity and address of the person responsible for the file and their power to exercise their rights to access, change, cancel and oppose the treatment of their personal data by means of a written request addressed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
AZTI guarantees that the personal data collected in the forms is sent as encrypted information to avoid that it can be viewed by third parties.
So that the information included in our files is always updated, we kindly ask our users to inform us, as soon as possible, of any changes or corrections to their personal data.
It is hereby forbidden to create links to the AZTI Website from third-party Websites without express and written permission from AZTI.
Access to the Website does not imply any obligation on behalf of AZTI to ensure the absence of viruses or any other harmful computer elements. In all cases, it is the user’s responsibility to have the appropriate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programmes.
AZTI is not liable for the damages produced in the computer equipment of the users or third parties during the provision of services of the Site.
