Dear

We would like
to drive your attention to the possibility of
publishing the results of your work in the new
Journal that will be soon launched as a result
of the interest showed by chefs and scientists
interested in Gastronomy and Food Science. The
International Journal of Gastronomy and Food Science,
with Elsevier as publisher, is prepared now for
receiving the manuscripts you are ready to submit
for publication.
I remind you
the main objective of our journal: to fill the
gap between Gastronomy and Food Science using
a scientific approach. So, the journal will contain
scientific papers, review articles and short communications
on a whole range of overlapping topics, food taste
and flavour, culinary processes, global trends
(lifestyles, healthy eating), nutrition, food
service/management,…
The International
Journal of Gastronomy and Food Science has an
Editorial Board which members are prepared to
act as reviewers of papers, in association with
other expert referees, to maintain high international
editorial standards.
So, we would
like to receive your full scientific article or
a summary (3 pages) of your proposed review article
(depending on what area of interest you have chosen
in the application form) to be presented to the
General Editors. For additional information, consult
the Guide for authors in “How
to publish in IJGFS” / “Cómo
publicar en IJGFS” , and when you
are ready, send it to: ijgfs@azti.es
